The three main services owned by Facebook : Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp have down over the world.
These three services are run under same infrastructures and now the browser show ‘DNS Error’ and could not connect any services. Facebook doesn’t announce any update about this case yet and no one can know what’s happening.
